Reoccurring Competition Schedule

PART A

1. Promoter: FANFAVE Pty Ltd t/as FANFAVE (ACN 644 775 548, ABN 67 644 775 548 (Promoter)
2. Entry Requirements: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and must reside in the Territory to be eligible for an entry. The Entrant must send us a photo of you, your friend or even pet wearing their FanFave merchandise to marketing@fanfave.com.au or direct message via our Facebook or Instagram.
3. Maximum entries: 1 photo + 1 tag = 1 entry per Promotion Period.
4. Number of winners: There will be a maximum of one (1) winner for all Entrants in the Promotion Period in accordance item 6 (Winner).
5. Territory: New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia or Tasmania.
6. Promotion Period:  This Competition will be reoccurring monthly. As such, the following dates apply (each period constituting a separate Promotion Period and a separate Competition):
1. Competition commences at 00:00am AEDT on 1 January 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 January 2025
2. Competition commences at 00:00am AEDT on 1 February 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 29 February 2025
3. Competition commences at 00:00am AEDT on 1 March 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 March 2025
4. Competition commences at 00:00am AEDT on 1 April 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 April 2025
5. Competition commences at 00:00am AEST on 1 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 May 2025
6. Competition commences at 00:00am AEST on 1 June 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2025
7. Competition commences at 00:00am AEST on 1 July 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2025
   
8. Competition commences at 00:00am AEST on 1 August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2025
9. Competition commences at 00:00am AEST on 1 September 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2025
10. Competition commences at 00:00am AEST on 1 October 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 October 2025
11. Competition commences at 00:00am AEST on 1 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2025
12. Competition commences at 00:00am AEST on 1 December 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 December 2025
    
    
7. Prize: Each Winner in each Promotion Period will receive one (1) x $150.00 FANFAVE gift voucher to use either online or at FANFAVE's physical store location. The voucher will be subject to the terms and conditions and policies of FANFAVE. 

For the purposes of this Competition, the total prize pool for each Promotion Period is estimated to be no more than $150.00.

The Prizes must be taken as stated and are not transferable to another person (unless agreed to by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash or used on lay-by. Any additional expenses incurred as a result of winning the prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. 

1. Prize date and selection of winners: All entries for each Promotion Period will be viewed by FANFAVE staff. Each staff member will select one image as first pick. Winner will be a majority vote at 16, 6-8 Enterprise Street, Molendinar, QLD 4214 (Head Office).  The Winner will be drawn at the following dates for each Promotion Period in item 6, winning the Prize will be published on Instagram and Facebook:

Publication of winners: Winners will be personally notified by email within (2) business days of the draw.  The Winners first and last names will be published at https://www.fanfave.com.au/pages/terms-conditions . The winning photo will be published on social media within two (2) business days of the draw. Entrants who are not winners will not receive any notification at all. The Winner must provide the contact details requested by FANFAVE in order to receive the Prize, which will be delivered via email or such other method as FANFAVE requires and respond via email within five business days to claim their prize. FANFAVE may contact the Winner via Instagram direct message to obtain the Prize delivery method.

1. Winner eligibility: To be eligible to win, the Winner must have complied with the requirements set out in item 2 above.  Employees of Promoter and family members of employees of Promoter are not eligible to win.
