In-Store Pickup Terms & Conditions

By selecting In-Store Pickup, you agree to the following:

1. Pickup Window
   Orders must be collected within 14 days of notification that your order is ready for pickup. Pick up hours are between 8AM - 4PM Monday to Friday.

2. Order Holding Policy
   Orders not collected within the pickup window will be cancelled without a refund.

3. Made-to-Order Items
   As our products are made-to-order, uncollected orders are non-refundable due to custom production. Please ensure you can collect your order within the pickup window before selecting this option.

4. Notification
   You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please check your spam or junk folders to avoid missing your notification.

5. Pickup Requirements
   Bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID for collection.

6. Contact for Extensions
   If you cannot collect within 14 days, contact us before your pickup window expires to arrange an extension, subject to approval.
