T&C - Ambassador Program

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of individuals (“Ambassadors”) in the
FanFave PTY LTD Ambassador Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program,
Ambassadors agree to comply with these Terms.
Eligibility
Must be 18 years or older.
Must reside in Australia or New Zealand.
Must have an active and verifiable social media presence.
Must not be employed by, or an agent of, a direct competitor of FanFave PTY LTD.

Ambassador Role
Ambassadors act as independent promoters, not employees, partners, or agents of FanFave PTY LTD.
Ambassadors may not make binding statements, promises, or representations on behalf of FanFave
PTY LTD.
Ambassadors of FanFave PTY LTD do not have authority to promote any of our affiliate or partner
brands or their products on behalf of, or while representing or creating content for FanFave PTY LTD.

Compensation & Rewards
Compensation may include commissions, discounts, merchandise, or other agreed benefits.
Specific terms (commission percentage, discount codes, free merchandise, etc.) will be
communicated individually in writing.
Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.

Content Guidelines
Ambassadors agree to create authentic, accurate, and respectful content when promoting FanFave
PTY LTD.
Content must comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including disclosure of
affiliate/ambassador status (e.g., using #FanFaveAmbassador, #ad, or #sponsored).
Ambassadors must not post misleading, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content.

Intellectual Property
FanFave PTY LTD grants Ambassadors a limited, revocable license to use approved logos, product
images, and marketing materials.
All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of FanFave PTY LTD.

Termination
FanFave PTY LTD may terminate any Ambassador’s participation at any time, with or without cause.
Ambassadors may withdraw from the Program by providing 14 days written notice.

Liability & Indemnity
Ambassadors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their tax obligations.
FanFave PTY LTD is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from Ambassador activities.
Ambassadors agree to indemnify FanFave PTY LTD against any claims resulting from their conduct.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
