- In line with generally accepted industry practices, a 5% tolerance in sizes, measurements and weights should be allowed for when placing your order.
SHIPPING INFO & RATES
Order will generally take 2-14 days to be shipped depending on the, items ordered, and the level of personalisation for each item.
AUSTRALIA:
Free standard shipping when you spend over $200 AUD
Orders under $200 AUD are a flat rate charge of:
- Standard - $15.00 AUD
- Express - $18.00 AUD
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Express Post: 1-5 business days
Standard Post: 2-7 business days
NEW ZEALAND:
A flat rate charge of:
Standard - $30.00 AUD
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Express International: 5-8 business days
Standard International: 7-12 business days
REST OF WORLD:
Please send an email to info@fanfave.com.au to receive the international shipping rates for your country.
Countries that fall into this category are unable to receive an estimated shipping time, however upon receiving your tracking information you will be given an ETA of your parcels arrival.
CUSTOMS TAXES:
Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. FanFave is NOT responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders Internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. FanFave does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with all of your tracking details.
Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your inbox, once it has left our warehouse.
